Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is the cost of shipping? Orders over 65 dollars are shipped FREE, and any orders under 65 dollars are a nominal 7 dollars postage.
Should I use OEM ink cartridges or compatible cartridges from INKSPOT? The only difference between our cartridges and the OEM is the price. You will save significant cost on your printing using our product, and we are so sure you will be satisfied, that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Where can I find one of your printer cartridge outlets? We currently have two store locations at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre and Southland Shopping Centre, with more stores opening soon in your area.
Do you refill printer cartridges? Yes we do. We specialise in cartridge refilling. Bring us your empty cartridges and while you are shopping, we will refill them for you.
